I'm a certified leadership coach. I make courageous change happen for myself, with my family and in the wider world. Here's a short story about me (the longer version is here).

I grew up in London believing hard work could get me anywhere. It was a belief that served me well for 30 something years, until I had children. Overwhelmed by my conflicting desire to be a successful corporate professional and a present, connected, parent I restructured my life in 2013 to create the life I wanted to live.

It was a journey that took me to the USA for 4 years, relocating my family, redesigning my career, exploring my values and expanding my vision of success. My journey continues today as I learn and grow from building a business and supporting our family in the UK.

I passionately support women in their experience as leaders and parents. Through the power of conversation and intentional action I help develop emotional awareness, resilient flexibility and creative strategy - at home and at work - because I believe the extra-ordinary potential of true leadership exists in any situation.

When I'm not coaching people, facilitating groups or speaking at events, I'm writing a book about motherhood and leadership, being a parent to three children and enjoying life with my husband. I still work very hard and I've learnt through an imperfect journey that my time, love, attention and energy are my most precious resources. It's now my responsibility to choose how I invest them in myself, my family and my wider work to discover the adventure I want out of life.
